Insta natural Seaweed powder review

Ive always heard seaweed is great for your skin so I was looking forward to trying out Insta natural's Seaweed powder. I've only tried one other seaweed powder that did ok but it just wasn't for me.

When I got this, I was so surprised at how big the container they sent was! It is a huge tub of it! I pulled it out and looked at the directions which are pretty easy. Something that I read on there that I really liked was that it told you how to make different textures for the different kinds of things you can do with the powder. For example you can do body wraps with them, facial masks, and cellulite scrubs~ I actually did that one!

So like I said, I tried the cellulite scrub, It works awesome! I also did the face mask one but I wont post pics to scare yall. lol. The cellulite scrub was really easy to make and works great! Pure Body Naturals Hyaluronic Acid Serum

30 is a big age for us women! I just turned 30 this year and started to think OMG-Im a 3rd of the the way through my life (I like to think 1/3) lol. I started thinking what have I have really done to help with the anti-aging process. Wearever Mattress Pad Review and Giveaway

We a have 10 year old that suffers from night terrors. With these night terrors, he sometimes has accidents. He gets really embarrassed by it and refuses to go to his friends houses because of it. He has accidents on his bed. We have tried waterproof mattress pads before but it still soaks down to his mattress. We have gone through a couple of mattresses already so we were really trying to find something our that works.

When I got this and opened it up, I was pretty happy to see that it just wasn't a normal cotton pad. It was 80% cotton and 20% polyester. I also noticed that it has wings on the side rather than elastic. It is 36inches by 32 inches rather than a full pad that works like a sheet. I liked that it has 3 layers also rather than one.

Anyways we put it on his bed length ways rather than putting it form side to side because our son tends to move alot in the night and we were worried it wouldnt catch the wetness. The first night we had it on his bed was awesome! He stated he didnt even notice that it was on the bed but it did catch the overflow. When we lifted it up, the sheets were dry! I loved the fact that I didnt have to wash the sheets! It was alot easier to wash this pad than the sheets everyday.

Overall, I love this product. It has made our lives easier and my son doesn't worry as much about wetting the bed and ruining it. He hates that he does it even though we explain its not his fault. He doesnt like how his mattress always smelt no matter how many times we steam cleaned it. I highly recommend this mattress pad over another ones. Its affordable and it works fantastic. Smart Weigh SBS500 Body Fat Digital Precision Scale with Tempered Glass

Im on the road to losing weight so I need a really good scale to help me out. Ive had other ones before but they were crappy and didnt work right half the time. They would give me different numbers everytime I got on within a 1 minute. Precision Digital Kitchen Scale with Removable Bowl Review.

I love to cook. Plain and simple. However, there are things in the kitchen that I hate doing such as measuring and weighing stuff. I used to eyeball it but alot more than not food came out tasting not so good cause at the time I didnt realize I had a eye condition throwing off my measurements. lol. So I started using measuring cups. The one thing Ive never had was a kitchen scale so I was pretty stoked to be able to review Precision's Digital Kitchen Scale.

When I first got it, I noticed how lightweight it was. I figured well this cant be that good. MAN was I WRONG!!! After using a few times, I feel in love with how light it is. Its so easy to move around because it isnt big or bulky! I also love that is plastic cause it makes it so much easier to clean!

The thing I like the most about this scale is that it has the removable bowl so if you need to weigh something but its too big for the bowl, just take the bowl off! The bowl holds alot too making it easier to weigh more stuff. I love the blue LED light because its very clear to read with bright lights on or just the stove light on. The third thing that I really liked about it is that it weighs in OZ or in GRAMS. I know different recipes call for different stuff so it makes it super easy without having to do conversions in your head! In the picture below I used a whole bag of peppermint marshmallows and I still had room left! Ok so maybe a couple of the mallows were missing. lol

Body Merry 2.5% Retinol Moisturizer Review

So Ive read that to combat anti aging, you should start in your late 20's early 30's. well being that Im 30, I figured I better jump on the bandwagon! I was really excited to be able to try out Body Merry's Retinol Moisturizer since Ive used their products in the past.

First thing that I noticed was that this one has a very pretty label. I love how Body Merry uses different colors on their products so I dont mix them up! Anyways, after pulling off the lid I saw that it has air pump. Ive had good and bad experiences with air pumps so I didnt want to jump to any conclusions about this one. Azure Naturals ULTIMATE RETINOL Anti Wrinkle Serum Review

Well Im back! This time I got to try out a new product from one of my favorite brands. Azure Naturals sent me a retinol anti wrinkle serum to test out and review for them. In the past Ive use their products so I have high expectations for this one as well!

When I first got the retinol serum, I read up the directions. This one is a little bit different from other serums I have had in the way that they tell you if you are new to using this to start with a little bit every other day so your skin gets used to it and doesnt have any ugly reactions to it. So anyhow, the directions are pretty clear. Apply your toner first and then apply this afterwards. They suggest you put it on at night so you have uninterrupted time for it to really work.

So the place i decided to try this out on was my forehead. I started noticing little wrinkles showing up there. Im 30 so Im fairly young and dont have deep wrinkles but wrinkles are wrinkles regardless of how old you are! When I was getting ready at night, I would wash my face, apply my toner, then azure naturals vitamin c serum. They suggest their vitamin C serum or their hyaluronic serum(both which work awesome btw!) and before putting on this retinol serum. Once done apply moisturizer and your beauty regime is done for the night! lol

So in the pic above thats my forehead after a couple of weeks. At first I used it every other day and then I started using it everyday after the first week. I absolutely love the results I have gotten. I still have over 3/4 a bottle sas just a little bit of this goes a long way!!!!

100% Plant Based Konjac Sponge infused w/Activated Charcoal Review

So I had the opportunity to get to review the 100% Plant Based Konjac Sponge Infused with Activated Charcoal. For those of yall that dont know what these sponges are used for, I will explain. The are sponges that are made to help exfoliate the nasty stuff off your face without being harmful or ripping your skin to shreds.

So when I first got this product, I read the back to see what set makes it different from others. I love how its 100% natural meaning it doesnt have artificial fillers in it taht would inadvertently cause me to breakout. The instructions were very clear-get it soaking wet with warm water, use it, rinse it and hang it to dry. I also noticed that it stated you can use it without an exfoliating wash or you can use a non foaming one. I liked that because some times I jsut dont want to fool around with face wash or I ran out and was too lazy to go get some. lol

So when I first used it, I noticed the texture of it was very light and reminded me of Styrofoam. After I had wet it, it took on a whole another texture. It was still very light yet soft. When I used it, I loved how it made my face look! I didnt use any facial washes with it and after a week my face was looking awesome (then I got a cold and now I look like Rudolph). Anyways, after I did my face with this, all I did was hang it back up to dry. It dried really fast. I have been using this for a little over a month and it is still fantastic! It has held it shape and still works great.

Exfolimate Review

If you are anything like me you love beauty products and keeping your skin looking fresh! I always though by using an exfoliate and scrubbing my face got rid of the nastiness. Why else am I paying alot of money for something that works? lol. When I first got exfolimate to review, I was a little worried because I though how can a piece of metal do better than my cleaners?

When I first opened the package I was pretty surprised because it had a little one for face and then a bigger one for body-YEAH!!! It had instructions that were very clear and precise. Once you get out of the shower with a wet body thats the best time to do it. If you do it on dry skin, it can rip your skin and hurt.

So first test trial was upon me. I had just taken a shower and used me exfoliant. I thought lets see how well this really works (I was so thinking nothing of it. lol). Boy was I wrong. Looking at the pics below you can see what came off my face AFTER I had cleaned and showered! That's so gross! I was speechless at the amount of crap that came off my face!

So I decided to do the rest of my body. That was worse than my face! Don't worry, I didn't take pics of that cause it was bad. lol. I absolutely am in love with this product. I have used it everytime after I get out of the shower and i have noticed a difference in my skin. It looks brighter and cleaner. Also Im not breaking out anymore!

Simply Beautiful Basic 100% Faux Badger Shaving Brush Review

Being that i am the wife of someone who doesnt like to shave and come from a long line of hairy men(my brother is second pic and hibs is first pic after week of not shaving), I was pretty excited to be able to try out Simply Beautiful Basic 100% Faux Badger Shaving Brush. My husband only shaves once a week and when he does, I have to do it. I hate using throw away razor cause they are expensive so we decided to do it ole school with a straight edge razor. We have used different kinds of brushes in all the time that we have been doing this and none of them have held up. This one however is the exception!

When I first opened the box, I noticed its size. Its the perfect size for a man or a woman to hold. Its not too small to point it makes it hard to use yet its not to big that its hard to hold. So in other words it the perfect size! I love how its made with badger hair because animal hair in my experiences work better.

Anyways, when it came time for my husbands weekly shaving, I pulled out this bad boy and went to town! It made the shaving cream glide on very easy and smooth. It didnt clump up or leave huge lumps of cream in some spots. After I got done shaving my husband, clean up was so easy! When it comes to cleaning shaving brushes, I used dawn soap (a tiny bit!) to make a great lather on it. Tehn i rinsed that off and soaked it in vinegar(only a dash for petes sake!) then rinsed it again. It came out looking new every time!

Ive read how some people dont like the smell of it or that they think it falls apart. Im not sure what they were doing to it because we have had our brush for over a month and its like new. Its held up very nicely and I havent lost but a couple of bristles in it.

Overall, I highly recommend this brush for anyone that loves a great clean shave. This brush is well worth the price and you wont be disappointed. Stark Safe Cut Resistant Gloves Review

For those of you that dont know me personally, I'm really uncoordinated. I have problems with knives and fingers. Dont believe me see what I did with my kitchen knife in pic below. lol. I was super happy to be able to try Stark Safe Cut Resistant Gloves for free due to the fact that I like my fingers to be whole.

First thing I noticed is that they are different size gloves so it fits both men and women. I got them for my big man hands and they fit awesome! I also noticed how light there were. I figured for something to be able to stop a knife from cutting through it, it would have to be heavier. Nope I was wrong!

So the second test was do they really stand up to knives. I didnt want to try it first with my hands in the gloves so I sat there and tried to cut the gloves with a knife. No rips or tears so I figured it was it was safe enough to put them on a try it with my hands. Did the same thing and no cuts or tears!

I did try it for shits and giggles with my cutco knives. At first it held up but after the second/third cut they started to rip. I figured that its still good enough for regular knives cause not everyone has Cutco. Cutco are also extremely sharp knives when they are taken care of.
